High-Pressure Pump With High-Pressure Lines

1. High-pressure line for cylinders 1-3/coat ball/conical joint with Microgleit 977S grease 
2. Screw, M6 x 16 → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 
3. Clamp
4. High-pressure connecting line/coat ball/conical joint with Microgleit 977S grease 
5. High-pressure line for cylinders 4-6/coat ball/conical joint with Microgleit 977S grease 

Tightening specifications for fuel lines to high-pressure pump and fuel gallery: 

1. Fit union nuts hand-tight.
2. Screw in and align holder/clamp.
3. Tighten union nuts to → Initial tightening: 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 
4. Tighten holder/clamp to → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)  .
5. Tighten union nuts to → Final tightening: +35 Nm (+26 ftlb.)  until secure.
