Removing Tank Vent Valve

  1. Disconnect engine ventilation line at the valve cover on cylinder bank 1 to 3. Naturally aspirated engine -1-  or turbo engine -1- 
  2. Detach and remove tank ventilation and tank vent valve. Naturally aspirated engine -3-  or turbo engine -3-  . Disconnect cable plug.
    1. Engine ventilation line
    2. Oil mist separator line to intake-air distributor
    3. Tank ventilation
    4. Aluminum holder
    5. Aluminum screw (holder); see REMOVING TIMING-CASE COVER

    1. Engine ventilation line
    2. Check valve for full-throttle ventilation with lines secured
    3. Tank ventilation
    4. Aluminum holder
    5. Aluminum screw (holder); see REMOVING TIMING-CASE COVER
    6. Belt tensioner
    7. Holder
    8. Fastening screw; see WM 137819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING DRIVE BELT (EXCEPT PANAMERA S E-HYBRID, PANAMERA S HYBRID, PANAMERA EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA GTS, PANAMERA TURBO S, PANAMERA 4S SPORT EDITION, PANAMERA 4 EXECUTIVE, PANAMERA PLATINUM ED., PANAMERA 4 PLATINUM ED.)
    1. Plug connection for tank vent valve
    2. Tank vent valve
    3. Tank vent line
    4. Vacuum reservoir
