Installing Control Box For Exhaust Flap

  1. Guide the control box -4-  onto the exhaust flap holder and fit push rod onto the exhaust flap pin.
  2. Secure the control box -4-  with two hexagon nuts -2-  .
    Location Description Type Basic value Tolerance 1 Tolerance 2
    Fastening screw on control box for exhaust flap   Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)    
  3. Secure push rod with a cotter pin -1-  .
  4. Connect vacuum hose -3-  .
