Adjusting Rear Door Window (End Stop)
- Check the end position at the top.
- 1.1. Close the door window fully.
- 1.2. Apply markings to the window.
- 1.2.1. Stick two strips of adhesive tape parallel to the lower edge of the molding on the door window glass.
- 1.3. Open the door window approx. 5 cm.
- 1.4. Measure the distance from the markings to the upper edge of the window.
Nominal value → Adjustment value: 7 mm .
- 1.5. In the case of deviations from the nominal value, adjust the end position → 2.
- Adjust the end position.
- 2.1. Roll the door window down fully.
- 2.2. Prise out the window channel seal at the molding -5- and additional seal for the door window -4- (-A- ) until you can reach the adjusting screw -3- .
- 2.3. Guide in Allen key -B- .
- 2.4. Adjust the nominal value → Adjustment value: 7 mm at the end-stop adjusting screw -3- .
- 2.5. Remove markings on the door window glass.
- 2.6. Close the door window and check the end position again.
