Adjusting Front Door Window (Final Stop)

Check the end position at the top.

1. 1.1. Close the door window fully.
2. 1.2. Apply markings to the window.
  1. 1.2.1. Stick two strips of adhesive tape parallel to the lower edge of the molding on the door window glass.

3. 1.3. Open the door window approx. 5 cm.
4. 1.4. Measure the distance from the markings to the upper edge of the window.

5. 1.5. In the case of deviations from the nominal value, adjust the end position → 2.
Adjust the end position.
1. 2.1. Roll the door window down fully.
2. 2.2. Prise out the window channel seal -5- and additional seal for the door window -4- (-A- ) until you can reach the adjusting screw -3- .
3. 2.3. Guide in Allen key -B- .
4. 2.4. Adjust nominal value → adjustment value: 7 mm on the end-stop adjusting screw -3- .

5. 2.5. Remove markings on the door window glass.
6. 2.6. Close the door window and check the end position again.
