Installing Intake Manifold

NOTE:
- The pictures shown in this document may differ from the original.
- Secure the intake manifold at the turbocharger and tighten the screw-type clamp. Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.)
- Connect the vacuum hose to the intake manifold.
- Fit intake manifold -1-
on the air cleaner housing in -direction of arrow-

Securing intake manifold
NOTE:- Loosen and secure fastening bolts only in the specified direction
- Turn fastening bolts by max. 90°, otherwise the guide lugs will break off.
- Replace damaged fastening bolts.
Fastening bolts
- Secure fastening bolts.
- Install air cleaner housing cover -1-
and tighten fastening screws -2-
. Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ftlb.)
