Adjusting Convertible-Top Compartment Lid

  1. Check contours with respect to the side panels, convertible top and rear lid. → Gap dimensions - REAR .
    1. 1.1. Loosen fastening nuts on convertible-top compartment lid.
    2. 1.2. Loosen fastening screws for the catch bar.
    3. 1.3. Turn adjusting elements at the left and right.
    4. 1.4. Adjust the contours by moving the convertible-top compartment lid at the hinges.
    5. 1.5. Screw on fastening nuts on the convertible-top compartment lid. Tightening torque 9.7 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 
    6. 1.6. Tighten fastening screws on the catch bar. Tightening torque 9.7 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
