Installing Side Direction Indicator Light

Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle .
Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well .
These must be carried out as a mirror image of the steps shown .

If the lamp bracket is "twisted" in the lamp housing, this can damage the light and/or cause the side direction indicator light to fog up.

When fitting the bulb socket, make sure that the bulb socket guide is inserted into the groove on the direction indicator light and check that the rubber sleeve is flush with the direction indicator light .

Push the bulb socket onto the direction indicator light.

Fit the direction indicator light from the outside and press it into the three retaining clips until they engage securely.
