Removing Bracket For Oil Cooler

- Disconnect oil line -2-

- 1.1. Loosen union nut on oil line (do not screw off yet).
- Pull off right coolant hose -1-
.
- 2.1. Open the spring band clamp -3- and pull off coolant hose.
- 2.2. Collect emerging coolant and close off the coolant hose.
- Release and pull off cable plug -1- on the right temperature sensor.
- Loosen holder for oil cooler bracket.
- 4.1. Unscrew two M8 hexagon-head bolts -1- .
- Pull oil cooler bracket off the oil pump connection piece.
- Remove left coolant hose -1-
and oil line -3-

- 6.1. Open the spring band clamp -2- and pull off coolant hose.
- 6.2. Screw off union nut for oil line by hand and place the bracket on a clean surface.
- 6.3. Collect emerging fluid and close off the lines.
- Replace O-ring on the oil pump connection piece.
- Replace O-rings -1- on the bracket.
