Preparing Front Longitudinal Member (Rear Cut)

Cut outer front longitudinal member according to the old part and body and fit it in.

Make sure not to damage the reinforcement -1- on the longitudinal member when cutting.

Drill holes for plug-welding using a drill bit with a diameter of Diameter 8 mm.

Prepare marked areas on the outer front longitudinal member for joining.

A Bonding + resistance spot-welding.

B Apply a full steel weld.
Prepare marked areas on the inner front longitudinal member for joining.
