Fuel Pressure Sensor - Low Pressure Fuel System
WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2018 Land Rover Discovery and 2017 Land Rover Discovery. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
The fuel pressure sensor is located on the left side of engine compartment. The sensor is attached to a bracket with one screw. The bracket is secured to the front left suspension top mount housing with two screws. The sensor is located in a connector between the fuel supply pipe from the fuel pump module and the Low Pressure (LP) supply pipe to the High Pressure (HP) fuel pumps. The sensor measures the fuel pressure being supplied from the tank mounted fuel pump module to the HP fuel pumps. For additional information, refer to: ELECTRONIC ENGINE CONTROLS .
