Disassembling Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)

  1. Drain ATF.
  2. Remove ATF lines. → 386219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LINE FOR ATF COOLING
  3. Remove halfshaft flange. → 39 FINAL DRIVE - DIFFERENTIAL, DIFFERENTIAL LOCK -- (95B) MACAN
  4. Remove flywheel. → 136019 REMOVING AND REINSTALLING FLYWHEEL
  5. Remove PDK transmission. → 304919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PORSCHE DOPPELKUPPLUNG (PDK)
  6. Remove sealing ring for Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) (cover). → 386955 REPLACING SEALING RING FOR PORSCHE DOPPELKUPPLUNG (PDK)
  7. Remove drive shaft bearing (cover). → 380919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING DRIVE SHAFT BEARING
  8. Remove ATF pan. → 375519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ATF PAN .
  9. Remove control mechanism for transmission. → 387719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CONTROL MECHANISM FOR TRANSMISSION
  10. Remove ATF pump. → 385619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ATF PUMP
  11. Remove sealing ring (double sealing ring).
  12. Remove wire harness in transmission. → WM 381819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WIRE HARNESS (ALL MODELS EXCEPT MACAN EDITION)
  13. Remove sensor module. → 381919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SENSOR MODULE
