  1. If a new control unit has to be installed, the values/coding must be read out using the 2nd generation PIWIS Tester 9818  prior to removing the "old" control unit. → 945755 REPLACING CONTROL UNIT FOR GAS DISCHARGE .
  2. Remove main headlight. → Removing Main Headlight Switch
