Removing Inner Side Member

Information 

Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.

1. Drill out spotwelds using spotweld drill  .

2. Drill out spotwelds on reinforcement -1-  using spotweld drill  .
   1. 2.1. Remove reinforcement.

3. Drill through spotwelds in area -A-  using spotweld drill  .

   Information

4. Drill out spotwelds using spotweld drill;

5. Heat the marked bonding areas.
   1. 5.1. Remove inner side member.
