Preparing B-Pillar For Installation

Information 

Adhesive must not be applied to areas to be plug-welded or fully welded using inert gas.

1. Fit in B-pillar.
   1. 1.1. Cut B-pillar at the transitions to the body leaving an overlap of 30 mm.

2. Prepare B-pillar for bonding and welding.

   Green	Resistance spot-welding + bonding
   Blue	Bonding
   Red	Resistance spot-welding/apply a full weld using inert gas without bonding
