Removing front trim panel

Information 

• The number of fastening screws, fixing clips, plug connections, holders and trim panels can vary depending on equipment.
• The illustrations for removing and installing the drive mechanism are shown only on one equipment variant and may differ from the actual equipment variant.
• Some steps must be carried out automatically.
• Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle.

1. Pull expansion rivets -3-  out of the front and rear section.
2. Unclip front section at the front.
3. Guide front section out of the tabs -2-  and remove it.
4. Unscrew fastening screw -1-  , then guide tab on the rear section out of the lock support cover and remove trim panel.
