Preliminary work

  1. Remove front drive shaft → 404119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT DRIVE SHAFT .
  2. Insert both joint pins for the upper trailing arms -2-  in the wheel bearing housing and fit screw -1-  . This is necessary in order to prevent damage to chassis components when loosening and tightening the fastening screws on the wheel bearing unit.

  3. Remove brake disc → 465019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT BRAKE DISC .
  4. Remove front speed sensor → 451155 REPLACING FRONT SPEED SENSOR .
