Filling oil for all-wheel final drive (transmission oil)

Information 

• Secure vehicle to prevent it rolling away.
• To check transmission oil the vehicle must be horizontal.

Information 

• To ensure that the various oil chambers in the transmission are filled uniformly, always observe the specified filling time.

1. Fill in oil for all-wheel final drive slowly and uniformly over a period of at least 5 minutes.
   1. 1.1. Unscrew inspection plug and filler plug -3-  .
   2. 1.2. Repeat the filling process step-by-step every 15 seconds using 50 ml of oil.
   3. 1.3. Oil for all-wheel final drive must come up to the lower edge of the inspection and filler bore.
   4. 1.4. Tighten inspection plug and filler plug -3-  to the specified torque Tightening torque 60 Nm (44 ft. lb.)  .
