Removing control unit for rear-differential lock

Information 

Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!

• Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work  .
• Do not remove new parts from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation  .
• Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts  .

1. Remove control unit for rear-differential lock -1-  .
   1. 1.1. Disengage locking mechanisms -a-  and swivel control unit for rear-differential lock out of the holder -b-  .
   2. 1.2. Pull control unit for rear-differential lock forward out of the clips -2-  .

2. Release electric plug connection -1-  (-a-  ) and disconnect it from the rear-differential lock control unit -2-  .
