Removing transfer gear

Information 

Remove transfer gear with vibration damper.

• The vibration damper cannot be removed from the transfer gear without damaging it  .
• The vibration damper must always be replaced following removal  .
• Read and follow installation instructions for vibration damper  .

1. Release electric connector -1-  and disconnect it.

2. Remove transfer gear.
   1. 2.1. Loosen screws in the sequence -5-1-  .
   2. 2.2. Support transfer gear with a transmission jack.
   3. 2.3. Unscrew screws.
   4. 2.4. Pull off transfer gear and remove it in a downward direction.
