Setting Self-Tapping Screws

De-burr all bore holes.
Prepare bonding surfaces and bond body parts. → 5X00IN21 WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE
Align and secure body parts.
Screw on body parts using a special screw.
1. 8.1. Fit screw.

2. 8.2. Shape the cylindrical extrusion by screwing in at high speed (> 1, 000 RPM). Cordless drill CXS 10 Li 1.3 set WE 1448

3. 8.3. Groove the metric thread without tension.

4. 8.4. Continue to screw in at low speed (< 100 RPM).

  Information
  
  If the prescribed torque is not reached when screwing in screws (screw does not tighten securely), the next size screw must be used.
5. 8.5. Tighten the screw to the prescribed torque.
