Removing control unit for rear lid

→ Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.

Information 

Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!

• Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work  .
• Do not remove new parts from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation  .
• Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts  .

1. Switch off ignition and pull remote control out of ignition lock.
2. Release clip -a-  (-1-  ), swivel it aside -b-  and remove electric plug connection from rear lid control unit -2-  .
3. Release electric plug connections -3-  (-c-  ) and disconnect them from the rear lid control unit.

4. Release control unit for rear lid -1-  (-a-  ) and slide it to the left out of the guides on the rear lid -b-  .
