Installing lock for rear backrest at the center
- Tighten fastening screws -1-
for backrest lock -2-
(Tightening torque 26 Nm (19 ft lb.)
).
- Install upper trim panel on load-through provision.
- 2.1. Engage operating cable for lock for rear backrest at the center.
- 2.1.1. Engage operating cable at the seat belt mount.
- 2.1.2. Engage operating cable at the fixing clips -1 and 2-
.
- 2.2. Tighten fastening screws -1, 2, 3, 4-
(Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ft lb.)
).
- 2.3. Press cover piping into the retaining strips all the way around.
- Fit cover on lock for backrest -1-
at the sides and press it on securely.
- Install front trim cover -1-
on the load-through provision -2-
in such a way that the clip fastenings lock with an audible click in the lower area.
