Mounting front seat on assembly fixture

Seat Repair Stand WE 1678 -1- must be fitted on the Engine and Gearbox Support WE 1323 -2- .
Adjust the seat mounting.
1. 2.1. Loosen locking lever -1- (- A-) .
2. 2.2. Adjust seat mounting -2- according to the width -Marking B- of the seat frame - B- .
3. 2.3. Secure locking lever -1- .
Adjust the latch.
1. 3.1. Loosen fastening screw -1- and slide locking wedge -2- as far as the outer edge of the seat mounting -3- (- A- ).
2. 3.2. Tighten fastening screw -1- .
3. 3.3. Slide locking lever -4- as far as the outer edge of the seat mounting -3- (- B- ).
Fit front seat.
1. 4.1. Position the front seat -1- on the seat mounting -2- .
2. 4.2. Slide the seat frame as far as it will go into the locking wedge -3- (- A- ).
3. 4.3. Slide locking lever -4- into the seat frame - B- and lock it.
  Increase or reduce the preload on the locking lever -4- using the adjusting screw -5- if necessary.
