Installing upper part of B-pillar trim panel

Information 

Check that the clips are not bent or broken.

Check that all clips are positioned fully and correctly.

Replace damaged or missing clips with new ones.

1. Move seat-belt height adjustment -1 -  and sliding unit -2-  to the lowest position.
2. Guide belt strap and belt latch in through the sliding unit -2-  .
3. Guide tabs on the trim panel -3-  into the mountings on the body.
4. Insert retaining pivot for seat-belt height adjustment -1-  into the cut-out on the sliding unit -2-  .
5. Engage trim panel -3-  in the fixing clips.
6. Fit seat belt mount at the front seat. → 691119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT THREE-POINT BELT
7. Place rubber door seal over the trim panel -3-  .
8. Check that seat-belt height adjustment -1-  is working properly.
