Removing front apron

Information 

• The number of fastening screws, fixing clips, plug connections, holders and trim panels can vary depending on equipment  .
• The illustrations for removing and installing the drive mechanism are shown only on one equipment variant and may differ from the actual equipment variant  .
• Some steps must be carried out automatically  .
• Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle  .

1. Unscrew bottom fastening screws -1-  .

2. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  and loosen wheel housing liner -2-  in the front area.
3. Unscrew fastening screws -3-  .
4. Release and disconnect electric plug connections -4-  .
5. Unclip fixing clip -5-  .

6. Unscrew fastening screws at the side -1-  .
7. Unscrew fastening screws at the top -2-  .
8. Unclip front apron -3-  and remove it by pulling it forward.
