Removing loudspeaker booster

→ Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.

Information 

Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!

• Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work  .
• Do not remove new parts from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation  .
• Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts  .

1. Switch off ignition and pull remote control out of ignition lock.
2. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  and remove loudspeaker booster -2-  from the holder.

3. Release electric plug connection -1-  (-a-  ) and pull it off the loudspeaker booster.
   NOTE: Incorrect handling of optical waveguides

   • Risk of damage to optical waveguide

   → Observe the requirements for working with and installing optical waveguides.

4. Release electric plug connection -2-  (-b-  ), pull it off the loudspeaker booster and remove loudspeaker booster.
