Removing Roll-Over Bar

Disconnect electric plug connection -1- for right and left loudspeakers -2- -arrow- .

Loosen right and left fastening screws -1- of the belt strap guide -2- .
1. 2.1. Rotate belt strap -2- forwards -arrow- and pull out belt strap -3- .

Loosen the side fastening screws -1- on both sides of the roll-over bar.

Loosen the front fastening screws -1- on both sides of the roll-over bar.

Loosen the rear fastening screws -1- on both sides of the roll-over bar in the convertible top compartment.

Remove rear side section flaps.
1. 6.1. Unclip cover for rear side section flap -1- from the rear side section flap -2- .

2. 6.2. Lift rear side section flaps and lever the bowden cable -1- out of the bracket -2- using a suitable tool.

Open convertible top.
Loosen the loudspeaker wire harness from the clips along the roll-over bar.

Remove roll-over bar in -arrowrichtung- direction.
