Removing Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)

Pull off vacuum line -1- .

Pull off cable plug -1- from the speed sender -2- .

Disconnect cooling water hoses.
1. 3.1. Remove spring clamps on the plug-in couplings and pull off hoses.
2. 3.2. Re-fit spring clamps.
3. 3.3. Check O-rings for damage and replace if necessary.

Secure Porsche double-clutch transmission -2- using restraining straps -1- .
1. 4.1. Provide workshop crane.
2. 4.2. Fit restraining straps as shown in the illustration.

  NOTE:
  Mechanical overload of components
  - Component will be damaged irreparably
  → Observe guidelines for assembly and disassembly
Remove Porsche double-clutch transmission.
1. 5.1. First remove screws -1 and 2- , then screws -3 to 5- .
