Mounting Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)

→ Observe guidelines for assembly and disassembly

1. Mount the Porsche double-clutch transmission.
   1. 1.1. Fit and position screws -3 to 5-  first, then screws -1 and 2-  .
   2. 1.2. Tighten all screws uniformly.

      Tightening Torque 85 Nm (63 ft. lbs.) 

   3. 1.3. Remove restraining straps.

      Information 

      • The coolant hoses must lock with an audible click when pushed into the plug-in couplings  .
2. Connect coolant hoses.
   1. 2.1. Lock coolant hoses to the plug-in couplings. Pull to check that the hoses are secure.
3. Connect cable plug -1-  for speed sender -2-  and check that it is seated securely.
