Removing Sealing Ring For Parking Lock Shaft

Information 

• Clean the work area around the repair point on the transmission carefully and thoroughly in order to avoid suspected leaks  .

1. Removing parking lock lever.
   1. 1.1. Screw off fastening nut -1-  .
   2. 1.2. Pull the parking lock lever -2-  off the parking lock shaft -arrow A-  .

2. Remove sealing ring -1-  for parking lock shaft -2-  .
   1. 2.1. Pierce sealing ring -1-  with a small screwdriver and lever it out.
