Removing Parking Lock Cable

Disconnect parking lock cable -2- at the center tunnel.
1. 1.1. Undo locking mechanism -1- and unclip the parking lock cable from the support.

Disconnecting parking lock cable from transmission.
1. 2.1. Press off end piece -1- of parking lock cable at parking lock lever using Disassembly Tool Nr. 21 .
2. 2.2. Release the parking lock cable from the support -2- and pull it out.

Remove parking lock cable -1- .
1. 3.1. Disconnect parking lock cable from the body.
2. 3.2. Guide parking lock cable through from the engine compartment into the cabin.
