Installing Console For Telephone

Information
Lay the leads so that they are not pinched.
- Fit the upper part -E- loosely to the outer part -D- and lay the VDA interface lead and antenna lead in the outer part -D- .
- Engage the cable duct -C- in the outer part -D- .
- Lift the assembled components -C, D, E- onto the centre console holder, engage the cable duct at the lower edge of the centre console, and push the components -C, D, E- onto the centre console holder.
- Place the clamp on the outer part and secure with the three fastening screws -2- . → Tightening torque: 1.5 ftlb.
- Engage the inner part -A- with the outer part -D- , then clip into the outer part and secure with the fastening screw -3- . → Tightening torque: 0.5 ftlb.
- Engage the upper part -E- in das inner-outer part -A, D- and secure with the fastening screw -4- . → Tightening torque: 0.5 ftlb.
- Drill hole in cover and insert fastening screw -1- for the interface box holder in the upper part -E- . → Tightening torque: 0.5 ftlb.
- Push the interface box onto the cradle from below until the interface box engages.
- Connect wiring for the VDA interface and antenna leads
- -G- - Centre console
- -F- - Seat
- Raise the centre console and push the wiring under it.
- Move the seat to the position required by the customer.
