Removing Motor For Sliding Roof

Remove the ignition key and switch off the radio.

Open the glasses compartment and undo both fastening screws.

Detach roof console around sliding roof switch and allow it to hang down to the front.
Information
- The number of plug connections can vary, depending on the vehicle equipment. Disconnect all plug connections for removing the roof console.
Press electrical plug on the compartment sensor and unplug.

Press the electric connector on the printed circuit board and unplug.

Detach the roof console from the mounts on the roof liner at the left and right.
Unscrew the three fastening screws from the motor.

Press the electric connector together -a- and disconnect.
