Removing Directional-Control Valve

- Release connector -arrow A- and pull it off directional-control valve -arrow B- .
- Unscrew fastening screw -2- and remove water tube holder -1- .
- Drill out blind rivet -1- at the water tube.
- Remove water tube holder.
- 4.1. Screw off both fastening nuts -1- .
- 4.2. Unscrew fastening screw -2- .
- 4.3. Remove water tube holder -3- (-arrow-) .
- Loosen water tube at the heater.
- 5.1. Undo spring band clamp using assembly pliers for spring band clamps, Cayenne hose connections Nr.72-1 (-arrows A-) and push down off the adapter -arrow B- .
- 5.2. Pull water tube down off heater -arrow C- and remove it.
- Unscrew fastening screws -1- on the heater.
- Loosen water tube on directional-control valve at the top.
- 7.1. Loosen spring band clamp using assembly pliers for spring band clamps, Cayenne hose connections Nr.72-1 (-arrows A-) and push it down off the connection -arrow B- .
- 7.2. Pull water tube off the directional-control valve -arrow C- and swivel it downwards.
- Remove directional-control valve holder.
- 8.1. Unscrew both fastening screws -1- on the directional-control valve -2- .
- 8.2. Screw off both fastening nuts -3- on the directional-control valve holder -4- .
- 8.3. Remove directional-control valve holder -4- (-arrow-) .
- Remove directional-control valve.
- 9.1. Undo spring band clamps using assembly pliers for spring band clamps, Cayenne hose connections Nr.72-1 (-arrows A-) and push down off the connections -arrows B- .
- 9.2. Pull directional-control valve out of the moulded hoses -arrow C- and remove it.
