Removing Circulating Pump For Auxiliary Heater

Before disconnecting the water lines, it is essential to observe the safety instructions in → WM 1001AW The most important working regulations and warning notes
- Drain coolant. → Draining Coolant
- Clamp the two upper hoses -b- using a hose clamp 3094 -d- .
- Clamp the two lower hoses -c- using a hose clamp 3094 -d- .
- Disconnect circulating pump plug connection.
- 4.1. Open line bracket -arrow A- and remove line -arrow B- .
- 4.2. Remove plug connection on holder -arrow C- .
- 4.3. Release plug connection -arrow D- and disconnect it -arrows E- .
- Unscrew fastening nut -1- and remove water tube from threaded bolt -arrow- .
- Remove circulating pump for auxiliary heater.
- 6.1. Loosen spring band clamps using assembly pliers for spring band clamps, Cayenne hose connections Nr.72-1 (-arrows A-) and slide them down off the connections -arrows B- .
- 6.2. Pull water hoses off the circulating pump -arrows C- .
- 6.3. Unscrew fastening screw -1- and open clamp -2- (-arrow D-) .
- 6.4. Remove circulating pump for auxiliary heater -3- (-arrow E-) .
