Installing Holder For Heater

Insert holder for heater over the water tubes -arrow A- and place in installation position -arrow B- .

Position heater on holder and screw down with the fastening screws -1-. → Tightening torque: 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)

Position water tubes on holder and secure with new blind rivets -1- (4.8 x 10).

Position directional-control valve holder -2- and screw down using the two fastening nuts -1-. → Tightening torque: 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.)

Secure circulating pump.
1. 5.1. Close clamp -arrow A- and screw down using the fastening screw -1-. → Tightening torque: 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.)
2. 5.2. Slide plug connection onto holder -arrow B- .

  Ensure correct line routing!
3. 5.3. Insert line into line bracket -arrow C- and close line bracket -arrow D- .

Insert wire harness into line bracket -arrow A- and close line bracket -arrow B- .

Push water tube holder -1- onto the two water tubes and screw down using the fastening screw -2- . → Tightening torque: 3 Nm (2 ftlb.)

Position fuel line and clip in at the two holders -arrows- .
