Installing Front Guide Rail

Install front guide rail.
1. 1.1. Insert front guide rail -2- from below -arrow A- and swivel it in behind the side guide rail -arrow B- .
2. 1.2. Press front guide rail -2- into the headlight mounting -3- from below -arrows C- .
3. 1.3. Screw in and tighten fastening screws -1- . → Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.)

Adjust front guide rail.
1. 2.1. Adjust gap dimension -X- from inner guide rail to lower edge of main headlight. → Gap dimension X: 23.0 mm

2. 2.2. Adjust gap dimension -Y- from outer guide rail to lower edge of main headlight. → Gap dimension Y: 24.5 mm
