Installing (Inner) Rear Wheel Housing

Information
- The outer wheel housing, C-pillar reinforcement, rear side section and the outer side member must be fitted in order to fit the inner wheel housing.
- Use the side gantry for fitting the rear side section.
- Fit rear wheel housing to the body.
- 1.1. To complete the fit, install the doors and rear lid and set the gap dimensions between the rear door, rear lid and rear side section according to the respective adjustment values. → WM 5000IN DIAGRAM - BODY GAP DIMENSIONS (ALL MODELS)
- 1.2. Fix the rear wheel housing in place with tensioning clamps.
- Weld in front wheel housing.
- 2.1. Resistance spot-weld the wheel housing in areas -A and B- .
- Weld in rear wheel housing.
- 3.1. Resistance spot-weld the wheel housing in area -A- .
