Preparing Connection Area Of Body For Installing Rear Side Section

  1. Clean welding and sealing areas.
    1. 1.1. Clean the body connection flanges of undersealing, adhesive residue and paint in the marked areas using a hot-air gun or rotary brush. Grind the connection flange until bare.

  2. Coat spot-weld flange areas with zinc powder paint.
    1. 2.1. Coat all spot-weld flange areas on which there is no body adhesive with zinc powder paint.
