Removing Threaded Bush For Seat Connection

  1. Drilling the drain hole out
    1. 1.1. On the extension of the seat cross member, use a conical shell reaming drill Nr.128  to bore out the diameter of the drain hole to the dimension -A-  = 30 mm.

  2. Remove burrs from the edges of the hole.

  3. Separate welded joints
    1. 3.1. Drill out a connection between the seat cross member and the threaded insert using a spotweld drill Nr.129  .

  4. Removing threaded bush.
    1. 4.1. Take out the old threaded bush -1-  through the widened opening.
