Installing Motor For Rear Vertical Adjustment

- Connect connector.
- Install motor.
- 2.1. Insert motor -1- into the seat frame using the positioning pins and align it.
- 2.2. Screw in fastening screws -6-
and tighten to the specified tightening torque.
→ Tightening torque: 18 Nm (13 ft lbs.)+/-2 Nm (+/-1.5 ft lbs.)
- 2.3. Fit clip -7- .
- Fold down seat frame.
- Install outer pivot axis.
- 4.1. Insert pivot axis -5-
and tighten nut to specified tightening torque.
→ Tightening torque: 28 Nm (21 ft lbs.)+/-3 Nm (+/-2.0 ft lbs.)
- 4.1. Insert pivot axis -5-
and tighten nut to specified tightening torque.
- Install inner pivot axis.
- 5.1. Insert pivot axis -4-
and tighten to the specified tightening torque.
→ Tightening torque: 28 Nm (21 ft lbs.)+/-3 Nm (+/-2.0 ft lbs.)
- 5.1. Insert pivot axis -4-
and tighten to the specified tightening torque.
- Install support.
- 6.1. Fit support -2- on seat frame.
- 6.2. Insert fastening screw -3-
and tighten to the specified tightening torque.
→ Tightening torque: 25 Nm (19 ft lbs.)+/-2 Nm (+/-1.5 ft lbs.)
