Installing Motor For Height Adjustment

Fit motor.
Screw in fastening screws and tighten to the specified tightening torque. → Tightening torque: 12 Nm (9 ft lbs.)+/-2 Nm (+/-1.5 ft lbs.)

Secure adjustment mechanism.

1. 3.1. Screw in fastening screw -5- and tighten to the specified tightening torque.
  → Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ft lbs.)+/-2 Nm (+/-1.5 ft lbs.)
Connect connector -6- .

Fold down seat frame.

Install outer pivot axis.
1. 6.1. Insert pivot axis -5- and tighten nut to specified tightening torque.
  → Tightening torque: 28 Nm (21 ft lbs.)+/-3 Nm (+/-2.0 ft lbs.)

Install inner pivot axis.
1. 7.1. Insert pivot axis -4- and tighten to the specified tightening torque.
  → Tightening torque: 28 Nm (21 ft lbs.)+/-3 Nm (+/-2.0 ft lbs.)

Install support.
1. 8.1. Fit support -2- on seat frame.
2. 8.2. Insert fastening screw -3- and tighten to the specified tightening torque.
  → Tightening torque: 25 Nm (19 ft lbs.)+/-2 Nm (+/-1.5 ft lbs.)
