Assembling Electrical Measuring Adapter

Remove the fuel pump relays for both fuel pumps from the central electrics box.

Information

The auxiliary lines -1- are shop-made from materials in stock. The cable shoe at one end of the auxiliary line matches the contacts on the fuel pump relay. At the other, it is designed to be connected to the adapter 9479 -2- .

Make the auxiliary lines.
Information
- The test is performed for both fuel pumps one after the other. Only one fuel pump can be actuated through a relay slot at any given time. The order in which the pumps are tested is not important. Either the left or right fuel pump can be activated, depending on the slot. .
Select the fuel pump to activate.
Set adapter 9479 switch to position "0".
Insert auxiliary line contacts into the respective relay slot -1 and 2- .
