Installing clutch pedal

• 10 - Mounting
• 11 - Bolt
• 12 - Clutch pedal
• 13 - Cap
• 14 - Lock (mechanical)
• 15 - Clutch power spring
• 16 - Bearing shell
• 17 - Rubber stop
• 18 - Lock (mechanical)
• 19 - Pin
• 20 - Lock (mechanical)
• 21 - Mounting saddle for clutch pedal
• 22 - Switch
• 23 - Switch

Installation is performed in reverse order.

1. When the clutch pedal locks into place, the lugs on the left and right must engage with an audible click. To do this, push the clutch pedal firmly onto the mounting in direction of travel. -item 10-  Now turn the pedal to the left and right (2 x click).

2. Push the bearing pin (clutch pedal shaft) -item 19-  in from the left. Make sure that the lock is inserted at the correct position to prevent the shaft from twisting in the mounting saddle/clutch pedal. -arrow-

3. Fit the bearing pin lock from the clutch pedal -item 20-  at the right (the brake pedal is removed in the picture here for the sake of clarity).

4. It must be possible to push the lock into the right groove. →

5. Insert clutch power spring. Clutch power spring Push in the bolt at the correct position so that the hexagon cannot turn. The lock must be pushed into the groove by the bolt.

6. Press the clutch pedal and then swivel the clutch power spring 180° to the front and insert it into the bearing. -arrows-  Remove cotter pin.
