Removing Wire Harness For Rear Window, Right

  1. Wire harness, left
  2. Wire harness, right
  1. Unscrew fastening nut -arrow 1-  and remove ground strap together with twist lock -a-  .

  2. Pull off green connector -arrow-  .
  3. Release support for socket -arrows A-  and remove it -arrow B-  .

  4. Release support for socket -arrow C-  , open it -arrow D-  and remove ground strap -arrow E-  .
  5. Release green socket -arrows A-  and press it out of the support -arrow B-  .

  6. Disconnect water line at plug connection -arrows C-  .
  7. Release bracket -arrows A-  and remove both lines -arrows B-  .

  8. Release plug connections -arrow C-  and disconnect -arrows D-  .
  9. Release wiring duct -arrow A-  and remove it from hinge -arrow B-  .

  10. Release cover -arrows C-  , take it off -arrow D-  and remove wiring duct from wire harness.
  11. Press out the rubber sleeve. -arrow A-

  12. Pull out wire harness on hinge to the rear -arrows B-  .
  13. Pull off water line from spray nozzle -arrow A-  .

  14. Release connector on brake light -arrow B-  and pull it off -arrow C-  .
  15. Release plug connections to rear window heater -arrow A-  and disconnect -arrows B-  .

  16. Pull off Styrofoam element from plug connection to rear window antenna -arrow C-  .
  17. Release plug connection to rear window antenna -arrow D-  and disconnect -arrows E-  .
  18. Undo fastening screws -arrow 2-  and remove ground strap.

  19. Loosen adhesive tape -arrow A-  , release black connector on right antenna amplifier -arrow B-  and pull it off -arrow C-  .
  20. Pull off connector on red connection of right antenna amplifier -arrow D-  .
  21. Remove rubber sleeve from rear spoiler -arrow A-  and loosen wire harness at Velcro strip segments -arrows B-  .

  22. Remove wiring harness.
