Removing Wire Harness For Centre Console

  1. Connector for main wire harness
  2. Connector for light in oddments tray
  3. Connector for vent for centre console
  4. Connector for contact switch for glove compartment light
  1. Remove light in oddments tray.
    1. 1.1. Lever out the light in the oddments tray using a screwdriver -Arrow A-  and remove it.

    2. 1.2. Release the connector -Arrows B-  and pull it off -Arrow C-  .
  2. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  .

  3. Remove the centre console vent. → Removing Vent
  4. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  and remove air duct in a downward direction -Arrow-  .

  5. Remove contact switch in oddments tray.

    1. 5.1. Press in contact switch -Arrow A-  .
    2. 5.2. Release the contact switch with a small screwdriver -Arrows B-  and take it out of the bracket -Arrow C-  .
  6. Release the connector -Arrow A-  and pull off the contact switch -Arrow B-  .

  7. Carefully press the frame down using a screwdriver -Arrow A-  and remove the wire harness -Arrows B-  .

  8. Release the socket -Arrow A-  and pull it off the clip -Arrow B-  .
