Installing Right Knock Sensor

Information
- Observe the specified tightening torque for the knock sensor screw.
- Align the housing and cable plug for the knock sensor in such a way that they are not touching.
- Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the knock sensor will work correctly.
Information
- Clean contact surface of knock sensor with a cloth.
- Position knock sensor with fastening screw on the cylinder block. Route the cable so that it is facing the front of the vehicle. Clip in cable. Tighten the fastening screw. Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ft lbs.)
- Fit cable plug.
