Removing And Installing Tailpipes

  1. V6 tailpipe without bores
  2. V8 S tailpipe with bores
  3. V8 Turbo tailpipe with bores
  4. Ball clamp
  5. Rear silencer

  1. Loosen screw on ball clamp -1-  . Open up ball clamp and slide it aside.

  2. Loosen tailpipe and remove it towards the rear through the rear apron.
  3. Clean extension positions and replace ball clamp.
  4. Move tailpipes into installation position and align them. To do this, tighten ball clamp slightly, check the gap dimensions, align the tailpipes and then tighten the ball clamp. → Adjusting And Aligning Tailpipes
