Removing Exhaust Manifold

  1. Remove heat protection panel.

    1. Fastening screws
    2. Holder
    3. Heat protection panel
    1. 1.1. Loosen the fastening screws -1-  .
    2. 1.2. Remove the holder -2-  and then remove the heat protection panel -3-  .
    3. 1.3. Unclip oxygen sensor cable on the heat protection panel.
  2. Remove exhaust manifold.

    1. Exhaust manifold
    2. Primary catalytic converter
    3. Fastening nuts
    1. 2.1. Unscrew all fastening nuts between the primary catalytic converter and exhaust manifold.
    2. 2.2. Push the primary catalytic converter to one side.
    3. 2.3. Remove all fastening screws on the exhaust manifold.
    4. 2.4. Remove exhaust manifold from studs on the cylinder head.
